Refunds and Returns


If you receive a product that turns out to be faulty we will refund or replace the product also reimburse your postage providing that this is a manufacturing fault and not user error,willful damage, negligence, or accidental damage. PLEASE NOTE: Any item that is said to be faulty MUST be returned to the return address that will be given to the customer upon acceptance by a member of the great 2 vape team that for what ever the reason may be that the product should be returned  for inspection by our electronics team . If the item or items are not returned to us then this policy is classed as void and no refund or exchange will be given. This applies to all goods purchased off this website that are electrical in nature and also includes replacement coils.

 In many cases what is said to be a fault with a product often turns out to be user error in which can easily be rectified either by talking to one of our technical advisors over the telephone or via email communication so in some cases before you are asked to return the item/s in question we may ask you a few questions relating to how the product is used etc and present a short list of things to try before returning . If the steps are followed and the item is still suspect of having a fault then the only solution is to return the item/s.

The reason we ask to try various solutions is due to save the customer time and trouble if there is a simple solution and due to the nature of  product in many cases we would rather our customers not to be without there product due to the interruption of becoming smoke free. Also if we send out the incorrect order providing it is returned in its original condition via signed for mail ,you will be fully reimbursed the item cost plus postage.
